Rodrigo Lara Molina

Research Scientist

Rodrigo holds a 6 year BS/MSc in Mathematical Engineering from Universidad de Chile and a MEng in General Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris, both obtained through a dual-degree program. He also holds a BS in Applied Economics from Université Paris Dauphine. He has participated in several projects in the Data-Pop Alliance research and training working areas in Colombia, Mexico, and Chile. He is based in Santiago de Chile, where he has also worked as a consultant for the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). Theoretical and applied challenges on the use Machine Learning for international development are the main research interests of Rodrigo.
