
Arthur de Dieuleveult is a RevOps and Lead Acquisition Consultant at DPA Impact, the startup created by the Data-Pop Alliance foundation. He works within the commercial team, where his role focuses on aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations across the full customer lifecycle to drive sustainable growth.
He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Digital Management from EM Normandie Business School and Grenoble Ecole de Management Business School, and completed a six-month exchange program in International Management at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile.
With over seven years of experience in digital marketing and digital/IT project management, Arthur has built expertise across SEO, inbound and outbound marketing, marketing automation, UX design, data analysis, and agile methodologies. He has worked in diverse international environments including SaaS with OpenDataSoft (now Huwise) specializing in Open Data, IT consulting with the open-source ESN Smile, and industrial IIoT solutions focused on air-quality measurement at Acoem.
At DPA and beyond, Arthur has contributed to projects at the intersection of data, public goods, and societal impact. He participated in a hackathon for the Ministry of Economy in Chile to make national public revenues and expenditures accessible through open data. He also contributed to Movilidata Bogotá, a project developed in partnership with Sciences Po Paris, analyzing public transportation systems in Bogotá and their links to pollution, traffic congestion, and safety using open datasets.
Academically, he authored a thesis titled “Open Government Data in Latin America: Issues and Barriers that Hinder Public Participation,” and has published several LinkedIn articles on smart cities and open data.
In his role at DPA Impact, Arthur brings natural curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a strong belief in leveraging innovation to deliver meaningful solutions—particularly for regions facing environmental challenges. Driven by his passion for nature and biodiversity, he is committed to supporting data-driven approaches that help address the climate and societal issues of our time.
