Daniela Palacios Vargas

Daniela Palacios is an Operations Volunteer at Data-Pop Alliance. She graduated with a dual degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Los Andes in Colombia. Daniela combines strong analytical skills with a deep interest in organizational efficiency and social impact. Before joining Data-Pop Alliance, Daniela gained experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (F&B) sector, where she worked in areas such as planning and demand management. These roles allowed her to develop a strong understanding of operational processes, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, Daniela has worked in the consulting industry, where she supported various operations projects focused on improving clients daily processes and enhancing productivity through practical and innovative solutions.

Daniela is passionate about learning how to use data and technology to create positive social change. She is particularly interested in exploring how evidence-based approaches can improve the way people work and live, especially in contexts where access to opportunities and resources remains limited. By joining Data-Pop Alliance, Daniela aims to deepen her understanding of how data can be leveraged to promote equality, and strengthen communities. She hopes to continue contributing to projects that align with her belief in using knowledge and collaboration to build more equitable and resilient societies.
