Elena Maffioletti

Elena Maffioletti is a Project and Research Officer at Data-Pop Alliance. She recently completed her BA in Social Sciences with a Major in International Relations and a Minor in Public Policies at Pontificia Universidad Católica (Chile), and she will soon begin her postgraduate studies in the Human Rights and Humanitarian Action Master Program at the Paris School of International Affairs (Sciences Po, France). Before joining DPA, Elena was an Intern at the Innovation and International Cooperation Unit of the Municipality of Renca, and is currently a member of the NGO “Momento Constituyente” in Chile, providing constituent education, contributing to public debate and to collective and participative processes.

Elena has a profound interest in human rights, transitional justice, peace-building, gender, and development issues. She also has a vocation for international processes of development and public governance, especially when it comes to communities in situations of vulnerability.
