Zahra Maarouf

Zahra Maarouf is Decision Scientist Intern. She holds a teaching diploma and a BS in Physics from Beirut Arab University in Lebanon.
Zahra has worked for several years in the educational sector. Her passion for humanitarian work has always been manifested , she assisted in creating training materials for educational projects for underprivileged students from refugee camps and allocated UN schools.
Zahra is very passionate about research. She previously led a team in developing a Braille reading device and won NASA Intel ISEF award.
Zahra is ambitious to incorporate her skills for social good to help measure the effectiveness of different programs and optimize resource allocations.
On a personal note, Zahra is an animal lover, and a huge anime fan.
