Join DPA at RightsCon 2021 to Talk About Violence against Women and Feminicide in Latin America and the Caribbean

This year, RightsCon 2021, will take place online from Monday, June 7 to Friday, June 11, spanning multiple time zones and offering a robust program of over 400 sessions, including both live and asynchronous content.

As the world’s leading summit on human rights in the digital age, this 10th edition of RightsCon marks a significant milestone for the global community committed to digital rights and justice.

Data-Pop Alliance is proud to participate in the panel titled: “Violence Against Women and Feminicide in Latin America and the Caribbean – Responses through Data and Digital Tools”.

During this session, we’ll present insights from several gender data initiatives, including our project developed in partnership with Unidas and the GIZ Data Lab, titled:
Reporting and Registering Domestic Violence Against Women and Girls in Mexico City, Bogotá, and São Paulo: A Data-Driven Model.”

Registration is now open, and we encourage you to join us—wherever you are—to engage in this critical conversation on how data and digital tools can be leveraged to address gender-based violence in a post-COVID world.
