Farah Mtimet

Farah Mtimet holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Peking University in China. Before working with DPA, she helped set up The International Legal Foundation in Tunis to help those in need get quality defense in Tunisian courthouses. She later participated in the organization of several events in Shenzhen to encourage sustainability-driven projects. She also teamed up with WHub in Hong Kong to create the ultimate Hong Kong Startup Ecosystem white paper along with other key players in the Greater Bay Area of south China. She is currently volunteering with Maun Refuge in the UK where she helps Syrian refugees develop their academic English skills. She has a strong interest in tackling relevant socio-economic issues, understanding the interests of stakeholders, and developing concrete data-based solutions with a method of policy design based on an approach grounded in the field.
