Stacey Bellido

Stacey Bellido is a Content and Research Intern at Data-Pop Alliance. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Currently, she is a PhilFrance scholar pursuing an MA in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action in Sciences Po, Paris School of International Affairs, where she is also taking concentrations on diplomacy and gender studies. Prior to joining DPA, Stacey was a Foreign Affairs Research Specialist at the Foreign Service Institute of the Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs where she focused on European issues and Philippine-EU relations. She was also an Associate Features Editor for E-International Relations and is currently working in World Youth Alliance Asia Pacific’s Philippine National Committee, a youth-led NGO that promotes human dignity.
Stacey was previously part of the Village d’Enfants Copain du Monde organized by the French humanitarian NGO Secours Populaire Français where she led a delegation of underprivileged Filipino youth and engaged in cross-cultural exchange and solidarity-building activities particularly with refugees. Her interests revolve around Europe-Asia relations and Southeast Asian affairs, and she brings to DPA her passions on the intersections between human rights, gender, diplomacy, and development in humanitarian contexts.
