Politics vs. Policy in Disinformation Research: A Systematic Literature Review

Despite the wealth of research on disinformation, knowledge production is unevenly distributed among research areas. The systematic literature review brought in the event paper “Politics vs. Policy in Disinformation Research” explains how disinformation is addressed within the fields of Public Administration, Political Sciences, and International Relations, while identifying existing gaps by conducting a hybrid –quantitative and qualitative– analysis of 95 articles using VosViewer, MAXQDA and Scispace.
